Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the growth of our CFD brokerage operations in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads from the company’s website.
• Contact all leads promptly and consistently to convert them into clients.
• Promote and sell financial products to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain a profitable client portfolio in your region.
• Strengthen client relationships to increase their value and contribution.
• Use CRM and internal systems to manage leads, track interactions, and report results.
• Create and adjust action plans to meet monthly goals and KPIs.
• Keep detailed records of sales, client interactions, and progress.
• Support other portfolio-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
• Fluent in English and Malay (Chinese is a plus).
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia and Southeast Asia as required.
