Job Description

We’re looking for a Promotional Manager to shake up the trading scene with bold campaigns, trading contests, cashback missions, and gamified product experiences. In Versus Trade, a new-generation CFD broker expanding across Southeast Asia, you will play a crucial part in enriching the product with promo activities, expanding our brand exposure, establish long-lasting relationships with our affiliate partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a geo-targeted promotional calendar aligned with market and business needs.
  • Plan and launch promotional campaigns such as trading contests, bonuses, promo codes, cashback offers, and enhance product gamification.
  • Create trading contests and special promotions for top partners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of launched promotional activities using metrics, surveys, and feedback forms.
  • Support the Business Development team in planning and executing local events from the product side.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver new promotional activities.
  • Generate new ideas and hypotheses, validate the effectiveness of promotional mechanics.
  • Analyze competitor promotions and apply industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in promotions or retention marketing within Fintech, iGaming, Crypto, e-Commerce industries.
  • Strong understanding of bonus structures, user segmentation, and campaign configuration.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with external partners.
  • Confident working with admin tools, CRMs, and back-office systems.
  • Analytical and data-driven; able to make decisions based on metrics.
  • English at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with fintech or online trading platforms, especially Forex/CFD mechanics.
  • Experience in bonus abuse detection, anti-fraud logic design, and promo risk control.
  • Understanding of user behavior analytics, BI dashboards basics (Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Experience running multi-geo or localized promo campaigns in Asia, MENA  regions.
