Recruiter (non-IT)
Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Recruiter to help us scale high-performing Go-to-Market teams, with a strong focus on Sales, Business Development, and Account Management roles.
In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand team structures and role requirements, identify and engage top-tier commercial talent, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process. Your expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and delivering strong candidates will directly contribute to our business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across Business Development and Customer Support teams to define hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier non-IT professionals using a variety of channels - LinkedIn, niche job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct first-round screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate structured interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and ensure a seamless, candidate-centric hiring experience.
- Maintain and optimize ATS systems, pipelines, and recruitment workflows.
- Proactively build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote Versus Trade’s employer brand through outreach, employer marketing materials, and active engagement.
- Stay informed on current market trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruiting practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in hiring Sales, Business Development, and Key Account professionals—primarily outside of the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for commercial/non-technical roles and create tailored sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interviewing skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong stakeholder management—able to build credibility with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Proven experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative search techniques.
- Sharp ability to assess cultural fit and motivation.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple simultaneous searches with efficiency.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in hiring within the trading, finance, or brokerage industries.
- Familiarity with assessment tools or structured interview frameworks.
- Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
