Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our Business Development department. The role involves CRM and VoIP system administration, ensuring data quality, and maintaining consistent operational standards. You will be responsible for tracking sales team performance, preparing KPI reports, and providing management with accurate, timely insights. This position also plays a key role in optimizing business processes and supporting overall sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • CRM administration: user creation and configuration, setup of automated lead assignment rules, manual lead distribution, and additional system configuration.
  • Data quality control in CRM and enforcement of unified standards (client statuses, comments, data accuracy, and updates).
  • Monitoring CRM usage efficiency by managers and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating process documentation and guidelines (CRM, KPIs, reporting).
  • Tracking key operational metrics of the business development team (activity, efficiency, workload).
  • Preparing consolidated KPI reports and analytical summaries of the department’s performance.
  • Refreshing and validating report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • VoIP system administration: managing user accounts, configuring system parameters, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring reporting transparency and providing relevant data to management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CFD Brokerage in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably FX Back Office).
  • Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, and data validation.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of VoIP system administration and configuration.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience in writing process documentation and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages.
