Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our CFD brokerage operations in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Business Development Manager team.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with company goals and market potential.
• Set KPIs and performance targets, track results, and drive consistent overachievement.
• Create structured onboarding, training, and development programs for the team.
• Oversee the full partner lifecycle, ensuring best practices at every stage.
• Audit and improve CRM, reporting tools, and pipeline management for efficiency and visibility.
• Support the team in managing high-value partners and complex deals.
• Handle top-tier partner escalations to ensure resolution and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and underused segments.
• Launch scalable initiatives to enhance partner experience and boost lifetime value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
• Fluent in English and Malay (Chinese is a plus).
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia and Southeast Asia as required.
