Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Lead – Business Development to drive growth and lead our expanding team in Thailand.
This role will focus on leading, coaching, and scaling a team of Business Development Managers, while actively driving revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. You will be responsible for setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team consistently delivers strong commercial results.
As a key leader in the region, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to shape market strategies, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen our presence.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Business Development Manager team.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with company goals and market potential.
- Initiate KPIs and performance targets, track results, and drive consistent overachievement.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development programs for the team.
- Oversee the full partner lifecycle, ensuring best practices at every stage.
- Audit and improve CRM, reporting tools, and pipeline management for efficiency and visibility.
- Support the team in managing high-value partners and complex deals.
- Handle top-tier partner escalations to ensure resolution and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, and underused segments.
- Launch scalable initiatives to enhance partner experience and boost lifetime value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
- Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Willingness to travel across Thailand and Southeast Asia as required.
