Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Key Account Manager to drive the growth of our CFD brokerage operations in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Key Account Manager team for client acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Create and execute a data-driven strategy to boost client lifetime value, conversions, and revenue.
• Set, monitor, and optimize team KPIs and sales metrics to consistently hit targets.
• Own the full sales and account management process, providing structure, training, and clarity.
• Ensure high-quality service at all client touchpoints with responsive, proactive support.
• Deliver a consistent, branded client experience aligned with company values and tone.
• Enforce proper CRM and pipeline usage for clear visibility and control over key metrics.
• Use client data and insights to guide team strategy and actions.
• Report regularly to leadership on performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Spot trends and gaps in client behavior to improve outreach, segmentation, and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry, with a focus on sales and business development.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, client needs, and competitive strategies.
• Fluent in English and Thai.
• Willingness to travel across Thailand and Southeast Asia as required.
