Community Manager

Description

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Community Manager to build, grow, and manage our trader communities across APAC markets — developing strong, engaged spaces in Telegram, Discord, and local platforms such as Line. In this role, the manager will own the full community lifecycle, from strategy and growth to engagement, content, and conversion. This position will also evolve into managing local community moderators across key markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing online communities (Telegram, Discord and other platforms) for international brands
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: trading, brokerage, crypto.
  • Strong understanding of community engagement mechanics, retention, and conversion funnels.
  • Proven experience in building, growing, and engaging communities from scratch or at scale.
  • Experience creating and managing community-focused content (announcements, discussions, activations, polls, events).
  • Confident written and verbal communication in English (B2 or higher)
  • Comfortable managing multiple communities and markets simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage local moderators and scale community operations over time.
  • Ability to work with community tools, bots, and analytics (Telegram bots, Discord tools, CRM or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community strategies to drive growth, engagement, and retention across Telegram, Discord, and local platforms (e.g. Line).
  • Launch, manage, and scale trader communities across APAC markets.
  • Create and manage community content and activity plans (announcements, discussions, polls, activations).
  • Actively engage with community members and maintain a strong, brand-aligned community culture.
  • Drive organic and paid member acquisition and convert engagement into measurable business results.
  • Monitor community performance and optimize strategy based on insights.
  • Coordinate and gradually manage local community moderators across key markets.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with APAC markets (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam).

Head of Payment

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Head of Payments to lead our payments function and support rapid expansion across APAC and MENA. This role combines hands-on ownership of payment performance with leadership of a high-impact Payments & KYC team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payments within online-focused companies (CFD, fintech, or gambling).
  • Proven experience designing and managing multi-PSP payment ecosystems in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of payment orchestration, routing, cascading, and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with chargeback management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial terms with PSPs and banks.
  • Experience defining and owning payment KPIs and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to travel and attend industry events in APAC (every 2–3 months).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the company’s end-to-end payment architecture (PSPs, banks, crypto rails, and local methods across APAC and MENA).
  • Design and continuously optimize smart routing, cascading, failover logic, and geobased allocation of payment flows, balancing approval rate, speed, risk, and cost.
  • Own core payment KPIs (Approval Rate, Success Rate, Decline Rate, Chargeback Rate, Refund Rate, Payout SLA, Cost per Transaction) and ensure data-driven optimization via dashboards and alerts (Metabase/FXBO).
  • Drive continuous improvement of the deposit funnel (deposit first success repeat usage) in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
  • Develop and enforce anti-fraud controls (limits, velocity checks, anomaly detection, chargeback management) and align closely with compliance on regulatory and sanctions requirements.
  • Lead incident management for payment outages, escalations, and regulator/vendor inquiries, ensuring operational resilience and audit readiness.
  • Act as the primary owner of PSP and banking relationships in APAC and MENA, including sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with providers (pricing, settlement cycles, risk sharing, SLAs) and manage quarterly business reviews and renewals.
  • Lead and develop the Payments & KYC team; define operating procedures, escalation paths, and standard playbooks.
  • Ensure stable, timely, and compliant processing of deposits and withdrawals across all jurisdictions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with crypto payments and hybrid fiat/crypto settlement models.
  • Prior leadership experience in scaling a payments function in a high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with Mauritius or other offshore-regulated environments.

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital acquisition strategy through external sub-contractors across multiple channels and markets, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with agency management
  • Experience in trading, brokerage, or crypto industries would be a plus
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
  • Experience working with KPIs, budgets, and ROI-driven strategies
  • Confident written and verbal English (B2+)
